you, we will research and preview homes for sale through the

2) Advertisements
3) "For Sale by Owners"
4) Bank, VA and FHA Foreclosures
When we have narrowed your choices down to a few select
homes in one geographical area, we will get you inside these homes.

Once we have located the correct
property for you, we will provide you with a property analysis
on the home you choose. This will include:
1) Preparing a market analysis on the home to ensure
that you offer the best price.
2) Ensure that the lender provides an estimate of the closing costs
and monthly payments for your new home.

The writing of the offer phase will
include:
1) A thorough explanation of all of the clauses of
the contracts and their effects on you.
2) Options as to possible providers of services including Title
Insurance Companies, Escrow Companies, Termite Companies, Physical
Inspection Services, etc. Decisions as to these companies can make
a big difference in the quality of service, price and, most importantly,
the timeliness and professionalism of service provided.
3) Plenty of time to answer any and all questions that you may have
about the contracts.
